Dear Parents/Students,
1. Required information regarding all the activities and tests to be held during the session 2025-2026 has been put on the website of the school. However, you are advised to go to the website any time. In case of any doubt or queries, the same can be clarified from the teachers on any Saturday between 8.30 am to 9.30 am.
2. Saturdays will be used for different activities and PTMs. Second Saturday will be holiday. Other activities for Saturdays are - Club activities, PTMs and co-curricular activities.
3. Parents are the most important link in the overall growth of the child. Hence the participation of parents is a must in all events, celebrations and open house for which an invite will be sent.
4. Four cycles of tests on each subject will be held during the session 2025-2026 as per given schedule. The syllabus for cyclic tests will be given to the students in their syllabus booklets and be reiterated at least 2 days before the test.
5. In addition to the cyclic tests, there will be a Mid Term, Final Term and Pre-Board exams as per the given schedule by C.B.S.E. Date sheet for class 10th and 12th final exam will be given separately. All students must know that 10 marks will be assigned for project work in each subject which includes the participation in various exhibitions like science, art and craft and social science exhibitions.
6. The answer sheets and test notebook of each cyclic test will be given to the students after evaluation. The answer sheets of the term exams, half yearly as well as final exams will be kept in school for the upkeep of records. In case of any doubt or query, parents can send a written request which will enable them to see the answer sheets at school within a week of declaration of results and discuss it with the teacher concerned.
7. Report Card of weak students in respect of Term Exam/Half Yearly Exam will be given only to the parents.
8. Parents are advised not to send sick children to the school both on normal working days and on days of cyclic/term tests. However, parents must submit medical and fitness certificate from a qualified doctor, within three days from the commencement of the examination.
9. School timings are from 8.00am to 2.00pm. However, the children are expected to reach school by 7.50am in order to start our morning assembly at 8.00am sharp. In the interest of discipline, children, reaching school between 8.00am to 8.10am will be allowed to enter the school and they will be liable to pay a fine of Rs. 50/- , but those reaching after 8.10am will not be allowed to attend the school at all. However, late coming caused by bad weather is condonable.
10. UNIFORM; The students must come to school in clean and proper uniform failing which they will not be allowed to enter the school.
School uniform includes the following articles provided by school namely:
1. Trouser and Shirt 5. School Socks
2. School Tie 6. Woollen Sweater in winters
3. School Belt 7. Blazer in winters
4. Identity Card
8. Black Shoes (type recommended by school and daily polished)
The students should be nicely groomed with their nails clean and clipped, hair trimmed in case of boys and tied in case of girls.
11. ACTIVITIES AND EXCURSIONS : For an all-round development of the children, they need to be exposed to various experiences. The school will organize excursions, picnics and exhibitions throughout the session, Parents are requested to encourage the children to participate in all such activities enthusiastically. The children must wear their uniform and identity cards during these events. Every year one batch of our students leave our school for the challenging journey of their life. The school organizes a ceremonial Hawan to wish for their success followed by a contributory send off Party (Farewell). It is compulsory for all the students of class 9,10,11 & 12 to participate and make it a fun filled and memorable event for outgoing students.
12. Giving back to the community : The parents must inculcate a spirit of selfless service to the community (amongst the children). They must learn to support each other and be ready to contribute for any noble cause. For this experience we organize donation camps where children donate old clothes, toys or books for the poor.
13. The telephone number of both the parents/guardian must be clearly written in the almanac and one number be clearly marked which can be reached in case of emergency.
14. In case of any change in address or telephone number, the school must immediately be informed through a written note.
15. If a parent wants to withdraw a student from school during the academic session, it must be communicated to the Principal in writing one month in advance or one month fee will be charged.
16. Those who withdraw from the school in April or May must pay the fee upto June.
17. Any kind of disrespect to staff member of the school by parent/guardian or person accompanying the child will be considered as a serious breach of discipline and an appropriate action will be taken.
